Privacy policy
This page explains what information FLPL ("I", "me") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. FLPL is run by Dibyendu Mondal, C-174 Rabindra Pally, Calcutta, West Bengal 700086, India. Questions: founder@fintrahq.com.
What I collect
- What you send through the free check form: your website, what you sell, competitors you list, your email and, if you add it, your phone number.
- Emails you send me and the details you share in them.
- Bookings: if you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you choose.
- Basic visit data: this site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. The hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How I use it
- To prepare and send the free check or demo you asked for.
- To reply to you and, if you want, to discuss working together.
- To deliver and invoice work for clients.
- To understand which pages are useful and keep the site working.
I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to newsletters without asking.
Who processes it
I use a small number of services to run the site and my business: Vercel (hosting and analytics), PostHog (site analytics), Formspree and Google (form delivery and storage), Calendly (bookings) and Hostinger (email). They process data on my behalf under their own terms and security measures. Some of these providers are outside India and the US, so your information may be processed in other countries.
How long I keep it
Form submissions and emails are kept for as long as they're useful for our conversation or our work together, and for any period required for accounting or legal reasons. Ask me and I'll delete what I don't need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you, by emailing founder@fintrahq.com. If you received a cold email from me, replying "stop" is enough.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
